Vacation Rental Description

Vine Cottage , part of a traditional 300 year old Breton Longhouse, has been sympathetically restored to create that perfect atmosphere. At the heart of this home is a traditional Breton fireplace with a beautiful woodburning stove. The oak kitchen is well equipped for all you cooking needs and the lounge area with its huge vaulted ceiling has two very comfortable sofas for you to relax on. The mezzanine bedroom has an en-suite featuring a six jet spray power shower that will really get your day off to a good start. With no light polution here, you can lay back and gaze at the stars if you leave you blind up.

The large garden and potager, has a variety of fruits, including sweet chestnuts, vegetables and herbs in season for you to sample.

A recent addition to our household are six chickens, who are now laying eggs for your breakfast.
For those who like relaxing in water, try our hot tub spa. Designed for enjoyment as well as therapy, you can sit in gentle bubbles or lay in massage jets.

Beach, Biking, Boating, Fishing, Golf, Hiking, Horse Riding, Kayaking, Restaurant, Sailing, Shopping, Theme Park, WaterSkiing

Nevedic wood has many paths leading to the Blavet river and the small town of Quistinic can be reached this way if you do not wish to drive. A cycle/footpath runs beside the river passing through towns & hamlets. Poul Fetan, the 16th Century Museum of French Culture is 5 minutes away and makes for a perfect day out with costumed hosts and a tavern selling local cider and Breton meals.
There are many beaches within a 40 minute drive depending on your taste. From soft sandy beaches with very safe swimming, to rugged coastline.
However, for the more adventurous, within a short car drive there is kayaking, horse riding, golf and sailing.

Cottage Rental Rates

Low Season Price : £170
High Season Price : £300 per Week
To secure a booking a deposit of £50 per week booked, is required within 7 days of making an enquiry. Final payment is required within 8 weeks of visit date. Bookings made within this period must be paid in full within 7 days of making enquiry.
Prices are per week in UK pounds. This can be paid by cheque or electronically using PayPal. Please ask for more details.
Discounts are available for long winter lets two weeks or more and range from -10% to -35%.
