Our enchanting private hamlet of Ty Neve nestles, almost hidden, amdist the beautiful lush breton countryside, with 4 acres of atractive grounds it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
It is Located between the town of Berne and Plouay, the latter being a well known town for hosting events for France's best loved sport of cycling.
Within our hamlet of Ty Neve, La Coppice sits at the end of a Longere in a courtyard setting, a pretty cottage perfect for a family of four or five to enjoy a carefree holiday.

As with most breton cottages La Coppice faces south taking in the sun shine all day long. The sitting room is furnished with confortable sofas perfect to relaxand unwind with a glass of wine, heated, when necessary by a log burning stove set inside a large breton fireplace. Satelite T.V. (freeview) and DVD are there for your enjoyment. Patio doors open to the rear onto your own patio area supplied with garden furniture and a very sturdy barbeque.


The master bedroom is quite spacious and fully furnished for your comfort and has its own en suit bathroom. Also if you require a cot for your little ones these can be provided along with linen free of charge.

The second bedroom sports twin beds and also has its own shower room toilet and sink.

The kitchen and dining area offer you all the comforts of home with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. Kettle toaster and coffee making facilties are also provided to make your stay as effortless as possible. A clothes drying area is provided to the side of the cottage outdoors.

Off road parking is available.

Prices include all linen (except towels these can be hired for 5 Euro per bale), all water and electricity. Cots and highchairs are available free of charge, please order at time of booking. You are required to leave the house as you would wish to find it, we can arrange for a clean after your departure for a fee of 30-35 euros. No smoking allowed in the cottages. Change over days are Saturday, you can arrive at 4pm or after and depart at 10am. Sorry but no pets allowed.

Telephone bookings are only held for 7 days, after which a completed booking form and deposit of 25% are required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date, along with a Security Deposit of £150. Please make cheques payable to Mr J Orman (sterling only please)
