Our enchanting private hamlet of Ty Neve is set within 4 acres of attractive grounds surrounded by unspoilt country side. We are located between the towns of Berne and plouay.Our 11.5 x 5m heated and fenced swimming pool with roman steps and large sun terrace is adjacent to the children's play area, all with stunning views over the beautiful forest of Pont Calleck and Scorff River valley. The perfect place to relax and unwind all year round.
La Vallonne is a lovingly restored farm cottage, with many original features, set in rural Southern Brittany.
This cottage has its own south facing patio area furnished with table, chairs, barbeque, lawn and garden.
The south facing sitting room looks out accross the patio and garden towards the forest of Pont Calleck. It is furnished with comfy leather sofas has satelite T.V. (freeview) and DVD, it is heated, when necessary by a log burning stove.
Kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area looks out over the forest offering spectacular views.
La Vallonne offers 3 double sized bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and beautiful views can be seen from all 3 rooms.
There is a good sized family bathroom with a corner bath, sink and toilet, with separate invigorating shower and also a towel warmer.
The automatic washing machine is housed in the utility room where you will also find the ironing board and iron.
The fenced heated swimming pool sits just a fews yards away to the right hand side of La Vallonne and is shared by our other two cottages which we have on site. Other activities for our guests on site include a childrens play area with swings and slide, badminton and table tennis, there is a bear trail in our own private wood, we do also have a boules court. Please feel free to bring along your bikes as there are plenty of places to cycle safely.
