The renovation of Notre Grange was completed a couple of years ago. It has retained the original beams, stone work and features whilst providing a very comfortable interior. Electric central heating and a look a like wood burning stove, together with double glazing are provided for winter lettings. There is ample parking for 2 cars on the gravel drive.

You enter Notre Grange through French windows into a large Breton style room which includes a fully fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, a fridge, dishwasher and microwave. This leads to the dinning area and then on to the lounge with its comfortable settes, fire, satelitte TV and music centre. The room has retained its original beams and stone work. A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, containing a washing machine leads off the main room.

An open wooden stair case leads from the dining area to a balcony and mezzanine above the kitchen. Two further bedrooms lead off the balcony. One of them is a double bedroom with it's own en-suite facilities and the other is a bedroom with two single beds.

A further family bathroom is next to this bedroom and is reached from the balcony. A store room separates the two bathrooms.

A cot, high chair and stair gate is available.

There is a good sized garden with garden furniture abd BBQ. The village park backs on to the rear garden

The area has many historic sites, such as the standing stones at Carnac and Chateaux at Pontivy and Josselin. Beaches are about 30-40 minutes drive away.

High Season Price : £460 per Week

The above prices are for whole weeks, if you fancy a shorter period away then we can adjust the prices to match your length of stay. A long weekend is a good break as we are only 2 hours away fron St Malo and Roscoff. Call us for actual prices.

There is no charge for water, gas or electricity between from 1 May 10 and 1 Oct 10.

There is a charge for heating of £50 per week for Notre Grange during the Low season.

Standard English pillows and duvets are included. We are happy to provide bed linen (£8 per bed per week) and towels (£5 per person), if required.

The properties will be clean on your arrival and should be left in the same state. If you are unable to clean before departure and would like us to organise it for you then a charge £25 for Notre Grange will be made.

We would like a deposit of 25% of the total charge when your booking is confirmed and final payment 6 weeks before you go.
