St Leon is a lovely maison de maitre that has been beautifully restored to a very high standard. The large entrance hall leads to the well equipped kitchen/diner with large dining table and range cooker. There is a beautiful beamed lounge with comfortable sofas and log burning stove, a lounge/diner area where the table can be extended to accommodate 18, a further kitchen and a ground floor double bedroom with en-suite.
On the first floor there is a kingsize room with en-suite shower room, a huge 4 bedded dormitory room and a bathroom with bath, as well as 2 twin bedrooms both with en-suites. On the second floor there is a large double and 2 twin bedrooms that all have en-suites.
The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer, additional fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a gas range cooker. The property has UKTV, DVD player, stereo and internet access.
Outside both sides of the property there is a private terrace, with wooden garden furniture and a BBQ.
The property is set in approx. half an acre of fully fenced mature grounds, with a large fenced heated pool, a childrens climbing frame, laundry room with an outside toilet.
The owners live on site so are available to help you get the best out of your holiday.
