La Fermiere is a lovely maison de maitre that has been beautifully restored to a very high standard. The large entrance hall leads to the well equipped Kitchen/Diner with large dining table and range cooker. To the other side of the hall there is a beautiful beamed lounge with comfortable sofas and log burning stove.
On the First floor there is a kingsize room with en-suite shower room, a huge 4 bedded dormitory room and a bathroom with bath. On the second floor there is a large double and 2 twin bedded rooms that all have en-suites.
The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer, additional fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a gas range cooker. The property has UKTV, DVD player, stereo and internet access.
Outside there is a private terrace, with wooden garden furniture and a BBQ.
The property is set in approx. half an acre of fully fenced mature grounds, with a large fenced heated pool, a childrens climbing frame, laundry room with an outside toilet. These facilities are shared with Le Pressoir.
The owners live on site so are available to help you get the best out of your holiday.
