This modern flat is built to capture sunlight and sea views. There is a large private balcony facing south towards the sea. At the end of the private garden there is a grass path to the sea and the sand dunes. 100 metres to the left is supervised bathing in season and a small shop and bar with clock golf. To the right are many miles of quiet beaches and bathing.
The Presqu’Île de Rhuys is a unique location, with the Gulf of Morbihan and its 40 islands to the north and the Atlantic coast to the south. Port Navalo lies at the end of the peninsula with boats going for trips round the islands of the Gulf and to the ring of islands on the Atlantic coastline. It is a unique location for a holiday, offering a huge range of activities, including horse riding, many types of sailing, fishing, walking and even golf. Further afield, access to zoos, shopping and yet more historic sites can be found.
The apartment has two large Bedrooms, one with a king sized double bed, built in wardrobes and a desk overlooking the garden and sea view. The second Bedroom has three single beds, a desk, a wardrobe and washbasin. They are off a hallway with a Shower Room, with cupboard, electric radiator and drying space. There is a separate WC with basin. Off the hallway is the main living room with Kitchen, Dining and Sitting areas. This opens onto a large but private Balcony, all facing south towards the sea. All furniture is new.

The round dining table comfortably fits 5 persons. The table is close to the kitchen area with its electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer plus good cupboard space. There is a TV with French and English channels, a DVD and radio/CD player.
The sitting area has two large sofas with coffee table that face the large window onto the balcony and sea view The balcony has a smaller round table for 5 chairs plus an area suitable for two relaxing chairs.

A twenty minutes walk through the sand dunes to this view of Chateau Suscinio. The chateau is a popular tourist attraction. About 10 miles to the north is the Gulf of Morbihan with extensive walks along its shores, picturesque villages, bird sanctuaries and oyster beds. A 25 minute drive to Port Navalo at the end of the peninsula provides breathtaking views. Boat trips leave Port Navalo around/to islands of the Gulf of Morbihan or and the islands in the Atlantic. On the peninsula, there are sailing boats, canoes and horses to hire ,a golf course, bird sanctuaries and oyster farms. The village of Sarzeau is a short drive away and has a number of shops, restaurants, a market and three supermarkets. Not far away, you will find the village of St Gildas de Rhuys, which has street markets on most days in the summer.
