With traditional white lime plastered walls and tiled floor, this spacious farmhouse is set back from a quiet road, the house enjoys its own tranquil gardens planted with walnut trees under which you can take shade from the midday sun, whilst the secluded patio terrace is an ideal spot for a barbecue in the evening. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Downstairs; you will find a large living area with wood burning stoves and exposed oak beams. The kitchen and dining area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, full sized oven with hob and grill. There is a downstairs shower room with a toilet, the washing machine & tumble drier are located here. Upstairs; are three spacious bedrooms, a master double bedroom and two twin bed bedrooms and a large family bathroom.

La Madeleine is a tiny hamlet located between the villages of Ploerdut and Saint Tugdual. A good range of shops and restaurants can be found in nearby Guéméne-sur-scorff, whilst for a greater choice head for the historic town of Pontivy with its medieval centre and castle. Or visit the nearby town of Rostrenen with an attractive open market spread along its streets. La Madeleine is set in a countryside of rural walking routes, forests, lakes, heathland, gorges and the pretty stone and slate villages of Brittany. The area is also traversed by the renovated tow-paths of the Brest to Nante canal provide miles of beautiful walking. Take a day trip to the south coast and discover with its superb sandy beaches and coastal paths.
