Set in four acres of parkland on a south-facing slope with spectacular views across a river valley, Lann Kerhuerh is a charming hamlet, which includes a magnificent 18th Century Gentleman’s residence and a converted 17th Century Longere, with an outdoor heated Swimming Pool.
The stone buildings have been tastefully converted into 3 spacious character houses which retain many original features including exposed beams & granite fireplaces. Sitting rooms have comfortable furniture with UK satellite TV & radio/CD player for relaxing indoors and kitchens are fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave. Each house has its own terrace with garden furniture, parasols & BBQ.
The Farmhouse has wonderful views over the valley and combines luxurious accommodation with old world charm. It can accommodate up to 12 in 6 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms.
The spacious sitting and dining rooms contain large fireplaces and exposed oak beams, with glass doors leading onto a large south-facing terrace. The dining table seats 12 and the sitting room has sufficient sofas & armchairs for 12.
The kitchen is very well equipped with all your home comforts available.
On the first floor are 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.
On the second floor are 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The house is equipped with a TV (UK Freesat channels), DVD player and a CD/Radio Cassette player.
On the terrace outside, there is a barbecue and ample seating for outdoor meals.
The Breton Longere is an attractive house, which accommodates 9 in 5 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen/diner with a refectory table with seating for ten. The spacious living room features a granite fireplace, exposed beams, and a glass door leading onto the terrace with barbecue and seating for 9. The house sleeps 9 people in 2 separate sections, each with its own staircase and is ideal for 2 families sharing. Above the kitchen there is a double bedroom, a bunk room and a bathroom, and above the living room there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with a bathroom.
The house is equipped with a TV/Video player providing UK Freesat channels and a CD/Radio Cassette player.
The Old Longere is full of character, and sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen/diner with a large table with seating for eight. The attractive living room is spacious with a fireplace, exposed beams, and a glass door leading onto the terrace with barbecue and ample seating for outdoor meals. The first floor has one double bedroom with shower room en-suite, a further double bedroom, a twin room, a bunk-bed room and a bathroom. The house is equipped with a TV/Video player providing UK Freeat channelsand a CD/Radio Cassette player. A barbeque with seating is on the terrace.

The 10mx6m outdoor heated pool with Roman steps, separate paddling pool & sunbathing terrace is fenced & gated for security and is shared by the 3 houses as are the boules court, children's play area and extensive grounds.

Lann Kerhuerh is situated in a beautiful region of Southern Brittany between the villages of La Chapelle Neuve & Plumelin which have between them bakers/grocery shops, butchers shop & restaurant. A wider selection of restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found in nearby Baud or Locmine.
Within easy reach are the coast with superb sandy beaches & a full range of water sports & the medieval towns of Josselin, Vannes & Auray with its quaint port. Carnac has the largest site of standing stones in W.Europe & along the coast is the lively sailing community of La Trinité-Sur-Mer with regular regattas & a lovely choice of seafood restaurants.
There are many established walking, cycling and horse riding circuits to enjoy the best of the Breton countryside.
For golf enthusiasts there are 5 quality courses in the area.
The Blavet offers miles of unspoilt riverbank for fishing as well as several canoe/kayak facilities along its length.
