Close to forests, streams, the glorious River Blavet, the Gulf Du Morbihan and within easy reach of many beautiful beaches. The granite cottage, attached to the owner’s residence, is comfortably furnished and offers a double and twin bedded room plus facilities for a young baby/child. Large private garden and swimming pool (June to September). The local village of La Chapelle Neuve is less than one kilometre from Lintivic, and offers two bars and a small grocery store. The town of Baud is a 5 minute drive and is ideally situated for your daily shopping requirements with a choice of supermarkets, banks and traditional French shops and restaurants. Major towns of Vannes and Lorient are 30/40 minutes away.

    • The gite offers a spacious lounge/dining area with seating for 5/6. A wide selection of DVD’s, CD’s and games are available. The open plan kitchen contains a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob freezer and fridge with freezer compartment. High quality bed linen is included. The large bathroom offers the choice of bath or shower over and all towels (except pool/beach towels) are supplied. Stair gates are available on request together with travel cot and highchair. The secure garden offers a BBQ and a number of garden games, toddlers swings and table tennis table. The pool fence complies with all the latest safety regulations.
