Located near to the pretty market town of Josselin and situated in 8 acres, Gites des Anges is the perfect place for a relaxing Breton holiday.
Luxurious 2 and 3 bedroom gites / cottages (sleeps 5 and 6/7) or available together (sleeps 11/12) with prices from £380 per week.
All bedrooms apart from one are ensuite plus a large family bathroom and 2 w/c's downstairs.
Outside patio areas lead into landscaped gardens with large 10m x 5m heated, fenced and covered pool, hot tub & Boules court, childrens play areas. Free use of local tennis courts, free use of our bicycles, generous Welcome Hamper, electricity, gas. water and quality linen are all included in the price.

Each Gite has use of
Heated, fenced, 10 x 5m pool with telescopic cover permitting all weather use.
Hot tub.
60 foot Boules court.
Unlimited wireless internet with Satellite TV/ DVD and CD player
Stone fireplaces with wood burners.
Superbly equipped modern kitchens including own washing machine and dishwasher.
Superb large private patios with garden furniture and 5 burner BBQ's.
Ground floor wc, so convenient when using pool/garden.
Quality linen, duvets, robes and towels (no beach towels) are provided free.
Our bicycles are also provided free.
Cots, high chairs, pushchair, stair gates, bed guards, etc available upon request. Cleaning service available (as an option). There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy watersports at nearby (12km) Lac au Duc, Brittany's largest natural lake, with beaches for swimming and building sandcastles, picnic areas, play areas, pedalo, dinghy and Hobie Cat hire plus a 9 hole Golf course.
Free use of local tennis courts.
There are six 18 hole golf courses between 35 miles and 55 miles from Gites des Anges

Swimming pool (5m x 10m)is heated, fenced and has a telesopic cover permitting all weather use. Constructed in 2010 to the latest high safety and hygiene standards. Hot tub has an associated seating area. 60 foot Boules court. Tables with seating are located at strategic locations within the 8 acres of new parkland for relaxing picnics. 8 bicycles of various sizes are provided free of charge. The parking area is gated and secure, especially re-assuring if you are visiting by motorcycle.

The area offers many attractions and there are many shops, restaurants, patisseries, bars etc within a ten minute drive of our Gites.
Situated in the rural heart of Brittany, St. Servant is a small quiet, village ideal for a relaxing break.
There are many opportunities for walking and cycling direct from the front door, we supply 8 cycles of various sizes free of charge.
Josselin is an interesting medieval town with lots to see and do.
It has the status 'Petite Cité de Caractère.'with the Nantes Brest Canal running through its centre, and a towpath making it excellent for cycling.
Golf is catered for by a charming 9 hole course at Lac au Duc , 12 minutes drive from the Gites and there is a larger course at Rhuys-Kerver
Watersports at Lac au Duc, Brittany's largest natural lake, with beaches for swimming, picnic areas, play areas, pedalo, dinghy and Hobie Cat hire.
There is a 10 pin bowling facility in nearby Ploermel

There are many opportunities for walking and cycling in the local area.
Josselin is an interesting medieval town with lots to see and do. It has the status;Petite Citie de Caractre with the Nantes Brest Canal running through its centre, and a towpath making it excellent for cycling.
The town square is impressive, with plenty of cafes and restaurants, and it overlooks the Basilica de Notre Dame du Roncier.The Chateau of Josselin was restored in the 19th century. Guided tours of the town are available, details from the Tourist Office which is located just outside the entrance to the chateau.
Another attraction is the Doll Museum, with a collection of over 500 antique dolls.
Bastille Day, 14th July, sees the inhabitants dressed in medieval costume to celebrate their history.
Sarzeau, 35 miles from the Saint Servant is well worth a visit with a succession of beaches separated by rocky inlets and boasting a wonderfull moated castle.
Golf is catered for by a charming course at Lac au Duc , 12 minutes drive from the Saint Servant and are six 18 hole goldf courses within 55 miles of our Gites.

25% deposit secures your booking We accept credit cards or cheques. Prices include electricity, gas, water and quality linen. (Electric heating and wood for the woodburners is available at a small additional charge during the cooler months) Changeover day is Saturday. Both Gites van be rented as one unit giving a sleeping capacity of 11/12.

Hi Mike

Yes we just received the deposit today, thanks very much. In terms of feed back I don't think we can fault you on any thing or improve things. We had a really lovely time. The kids loved the pool and all the garden games. I've put on a stone, due to the amount of blackberry crumbles we made. The kids were most put out that they had to leave. Will definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to go to Brittany.

Servant gite - we had a lovely sunny time and our children are already

Wonderful selection of DVDs Books and games Indoor and garden) to choose

Excellent quality DVD player and television - we watched 4 films during
the week!
Beautifully fitted out gite with great washing machine, dishwasher etc
Also really nice personal touches- shells in bathrooms, ornaments,
plants
Lots of baby equipment, so really good for families with a young child
Really well equipped kitchen, not missing a thing, with lots of great
extras such as tupperware, picnicware etc.
Great grounds with the swings/sandpit, so good and safe for children

Discover Breton charm at Gites des Anges

Thank you for viewing our advertisement.
We are in our second season of Gite Holiday letting having both recently retired.
We bought Gites des Anges in 1992 as renovation project having fallen in love with the area on a previous holiday.
Saint Servant has several advantages compared to the UK.
The weather is warmer and the pace and style of life is, in our opinion, generally better than UK.
Sundays are still a day of rest.
Families still eat out together, all shops and business shut for lunch.
The roads are of much better quality and less congested.
Mikes son was so enamoured of the area he sold his business in UK and emigrated with his family to Morbihan in 2008!
If you want a low stress holiday in our luxury Gites we are sure you will not be disappointed with Gites des Anges and look forward to welcoming you to our home.
