We offer a 'home-from-home' holiday rental at 'La Ferme du Moulin', our 300 year old, comfortable renovated farmhouse in the excellent village location of Mohon, Nr Josselin, in beautiful Central Brittany.

The house is full of character and charm, with exposed stonework and exposed beams in every room. It has a large enclosed garden with a 14ft trampoline, & swings for children.

Accommodation in detail:-
Lounge:
The lounge has a wealth of exposed beams and stonework, a woodburning stove, comfortable seating, a CD & DVD player. There is a wealth of DVDs, books and games for you to use. From the lounge you gain access via French doors (What else?!) to the large covered terrace area and garden beyond.

Kitchen:
Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen/diner with gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. The dining area has a large beech table & six chairs and we have two extra 'emergency' chairs.

Bedrooms:
There are 5 bedrooms: Two doubles (one with ensuite shower room), 1 twin rooms, 1 single and a room with a single bed and a double sofa bed. All bedrooms have exposed beams

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a full size bath with shower attachment over, plus separate shower, loo and basin. There is always plenty of hot water!

Outside:
To the rear of the house is a large covered terrace which looks out onto the garden. On the terrace are two picnic benches, where you can eat al fresco, a BBQ, patio heater & a table football game.
The garden is enclosed and safe and has a 14 ft trampoline & swings for children.
There is ample parking space for 4 cars at the property.

Rental prices include all gas, electricity, water & firewood/fuel when required. Duvets/pillows provided, but please bring your own bedlinen/ towels or we can provide a laundry service at £10pp

Mohon Village:
Village amenities include a bakers (Essential for freshly-baked croissants!) bar, bank, mini-market, post office, library. Internet access is available at the Town Hall(during usual opening hours)

Mohon is situated 10 minutes north of the Medieval town of Josselin with its river and Chateau. The Lac au Duc, near Ploermel, offers safe bathing on a man-made beach, water activities, pedalos, walks, golf. Ploermel itself has an excellent range of restaurants and good shopping facilities.

Further afield there is a Resistance Museum, Open Farm, Dinosaur Park, lots of lovely villages to explore to name but a few. It's an excellent location for a family holiday, with plenty to do all year round. Also within easy driving distance is St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Vannes, Carnac etc.
