The Kérisuit cottage is located in the countryside, 4 Km from the town of THEIX (2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, 2 pharmacies ...) and 4 km from the commercial area of Poulfanc to SENE (1 hypermarket, 5 bakeries, 1 pharmacy ...). Vehicle required.

Location :
Ground floor, view of countryside, facing south, semi-detached house (owners live here).

Town centre (VANNES) , hospital : 6 km.
Beach : 8 km.

BRITTANY : a scenically spectacular coastline with pretty seaside resorts, idyllic harbours and finest sandy beaches.
