Outside - Double entrance gates lead onto the gravel drive, offering spacious parking. Along the front of the house is a south facing patio area surrounded by lawn. The large flat private gardens, overlooking a picturesque river valley to the rear and rolling fields at the front, are ideally suited to children of all ages. The gardens are laid mainly to lawn so as to accommodate ball games, there are numerous trees around the garden providing welcome shade on hot summer days. Gates to the front of the property allow children to explore and play in complete safety.
Inside - Ground floor - Large, oak beamed lounge/dining room with large open fire(logs provided) and comfortable sofas with cushions and throws for those cosy evenings in, should you fancy a break out of season. There are book cases full of books, vidios, dvds, cds and games.
Kitchen - South facing kitchen/breakfast room with french doors onto the patio, well equipped with large fridge, dishwasher, gas cooker and microwave.

Standing in 2 acres, this well equipped traditional Bretton house offers spacious family accommodation in a tranqil, rural setting. The village of St Jean Brevelay is a 5 minute car journey away, although a small village, there is an Intermarche, a couple of restaurants, two excellent Boulangeries, a boucherie and a tabac. The area is an ideal place to explore the many picturesque, historic towns and villages of Southern Brittany. The surrounding countryside is perfect for cycling and walking with a number of country parks especially suited to younger children. There is a superb lake within a 15 mile drive offering an assortment of water sports, with tuition if required and beach areas around the lake ideal for young families. The medieval port of Vannes is 20 minutes away offering beautiful shops and excellent restaurants in its narrow cobbled streets. Superb surfing and family beaches can be found all around the Gulf of Morbihan
