La Cachette is a fully renovated country cottage with private gardens to the side and rear with lawn and trees. The ground floor has a brand new, fully fitted kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, table and chairs. There is a large lounge with open fire, dining table and chairs, television for DVDs and video (a selection of these is provided), stereo and radio system, a selection of books and games. There are French windows leading to the garden. The newly fitted bathroom contains bath, separate shower with power jets, wash basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet, a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A twin bedroom overlooks the garden.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and a dressing room. An extra fold away bed and a cot are available. Both bedrooms overlook the garden, woodland and the lake.
We have gas fired central heating for the comfort of guests in early or late season.
Outside is a lawn with table,
chairs and parasol, also a selection of sunloungers and a swing. A barbecue is provided with charcoal. The garage contains 3 bikes for the use of guests.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. We ask guests to bring their own beach towels. We leave a bottle of red and white wine to welcome our guests.
