Main Description
We have two traditional Breton cottages that have been fully renovated but not lost their character as cottages. They are fully equiped and have small fenced gardens leading to a large communal garden with a swimming pool and large area for games and activities
We are located in easy reach of the beaches on the golf or Morbihan and the local countryside and a large inland lake with beaches and boating etc.
There are many historical places to visit within easy reach. Our gites are open all year round and maintained by ourselves who live on site.
The village of Lizio is just 1 km from us and has a shop, 2 resturants, 2 bars, hairdresser, cidery, tourist information centre (summer only, museums, open farm, pottery and many other attractions thoroughout the year.
Both gites have electric central heating for the winter and all bed linen and towels are covered in the price.

This part of France is an ideal centre for many activities, Lizio has its own 25km of cycling VTT off road track around the tracks and forestland. There is also the "Voie Vert" at Le Roc St Andre, a disused railway track turned into a cycling and walking track. There are many golf courses within easy reach of Lizio. There are plenty of walking and rambling tracks and quiet roads to walk on around this area. There are two lakes for fishing in Lizio and the Nantes to Brest canal nearby. The Lac au Duc at Ploermel is an ideal centre for boating, it has canoes, windsurfing, pedlos and other water sports, it also has a beach and activity area. There are also tennis courts and a football pitch in Lizio that are open to the public.

Low Season Price : £180
High Season Price : £400 per Week

There is a 20% deposit on booking the gite - this is not re-fundable if the booking is cancelled
The final 80% is payable 6 weeks before the booked date
Payments can be main either by cheque in euros or pounds sterling or by credit or debit card
A copy of our booking conditions are sent out with the first recite for the deposit
