The cottage is newly renovated and consists of one large double bedroom, bathroom with shower, fully fitted and equipped kitchen with full size cooker, fridge and microwave in an open plan living area. There is a log burning stove, colour TV, DVD player and sofa bed. All living space is on the ground floor. Outside is patio area for alfresco dining with BBQ facilities and picnic equipement is also provided.
Bedding, Bathroom & Beach towels. electricity and logs for the wood burning stove are included in the price - no hidden extras.
Pets may be considered however there would be an additional damage waver fee and a cleaning charge may apply.

Lac de Guerledan is within 2km and has a small beach, swimming area and childrens playground.
The location provides many walking and cycling tracks both within the forest and surrounding country side.
Beaches can be found to both the North, South and West of this location and travel time will vary ranging from 1 - 1.5 hours. Lorient and Vannes to the south are approx 80 km, the west coast is 125km and the north coast line is approx 60-70 km with varying locations to choose from.
