La Ferme, comfortably furnished and very well equipped for up to 7 persons, with beautiful heated pool, is one of only two adjoining holiday properties at Kertaud. Situated in rural tranquillity with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, yet just a comfortable stroll from an attractive village with bars, restaurants, boulangerie and boucherie, and only a 10 minute drive from two lively market towns with all commerces. Beautiful beaches, golf courses, as well as the many varied, historical and sporting attractions of this special part of Brittany, are all within easy reach.

    • This traditional renovated farmhouse is full of character and very comfortably furnished. The spacious and comfortable sitting room features a typical Breton granite fireplace and original beams. Satellite TV. There is a kitchen and a downstairs shower/laundry room. An open tread, chestnut staircase leads from the sitting room to the first floor. Upstairs is a family bedroom with double bed (an extra single bed and full-size cot available on request), a twin bedroom, and a third bedroom with a bunkbed (double underneath, single on top). The spacious family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and w.c. Kertaud's attractive gardens and its stunning pool area, (shared by both properties) provide a wonderfully relaxed ambience. Each house has its own patio area and there is a large, safe, grassed play area to the north and west with children's swings and playhouse, and another lawn to the south, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful rural views.
