Self catering or catered holiday rental in two truly comfortable farmhouses with private heated pool in a quiet country location, in the heart of the valley of the river Blavet in Southern Brittany. Sleeps 2-20, 1 room for wheelchair user. Ideal for large groups, house parties, golf groups or reunions with family or friends. Both of the farmhouses have 3 garden bedrooms and 2 first floor bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. Choose either 'La Rose' or 'L'eglantier', or open the connecting door and create one magnificent 10 bedrooms property with lots of living and dining space for all. There is lots of space in the grounds for games, for young and old, and also quiet secluded places for those who simply want to relax. The terrace overlooks the pool, ideal for lazy lunches or evening soirees and with the dome cover down you can swim even on cooler days.
Whether you're looking for exciting activities or a totally relaxing holiday, choose Southern Brittany. Close, easy to reach, but a world away. The climate here is mild and the countryside and pace of life remind you of times gone by. Walk through the woods, cycle or canoe along the river, fish for trout or go bird watching, but, still within easy reach are the bustling coastal towns and markets, the rich inland sea of the Golfe du Morbihan, pretty beaches and bays, tourist attractions and many places of interest.
There are a number of excellent Formule Golf courses, an Adventure Forest, historical towns and villages, local fetes and music. The region is rich in Celtic history - the exquisitely sculptured wells and chapels, with a whisper of their pagan origins, the mysterious megalithic alignments at Carnac and so much more.
Facilities
La Roseraie de Talnay: Is at the edge of a quiet hamlet on the outskirts of the village of St Barthelemy. St Barthelemy has a baker, mini supermarket, bars and creperie and is just a short bike ride or a 20 minute walk away. A 5 minute drive brings you to the market town of Baud where you can find supermarkets, shops, banks, chemists, restaurants and creperies. There is so much choice. You can buy delicious local produce at one of the many markets to eat at your own table, or eat at one of the many local restaurants that always offer excellent value menus. Golf: La Roseraie de Talnay is an easy drive, literally, to four of Formule Golf's lovely, varied and well maintained golf courses in Southern Brittany.

The prices quoted are for the rental of the two 5 bedroom farmhouses at 'La Roseraie de Talnay', accommodating for 20 people and include bed linen (not towels) and electricity in high and peak season. For two week bookings a mid stay change of bed linen is offered. You can rental only 1 farmhouse if you want, each with 5 bedrooms. Please call or send a email for more info , see our website. If you would like some catering and cleaning services during your stay, please ask for a personalised quotation To hold a booking firm, a 25% deposit is required.
