    • Very interesting aquarium, school boat for children, Tennis, cinema ; Zoo at 20 kilometers, very nices places to visit quite near. Boats to go to Jersey, Guernesey and Sark, and to Chausey Islands. Mont Saint Michel at 50 kilometers. Mont Dol, Cancale, Dinan, Dinard and many other very nice towns. 
    Great aquarium very interesting at Saint Malo entrance 
    Very good restaurants. You may find in the house address of some of them.  
    Beach at 4 minutes walking ; Food shops at 7 minutes walking. Commercial center at 10 minutes with a car.

    The house will have works during September, October, November and December. But after it will be much bigger and nicer.

    The reservation is definitly agreed after I received the contrat accepted and 30 % of the rental price.Cancellation accepted only one month before. A deposit of 600 € is requested at the entrance and given back the day of departure if nothing has been broken or lost.
