Very interesting aquarium, school boat for children, Tennis, cinema ; Zoo at 20 kilometers, very nices places to visit quite near. Boats to go to Jersey, Guernesey and Sark, and to Chausey Islands. Mont Saint Michel at 50 kilometers. Mont Dol, Cancale, Dinan, Dinard and many other very nice towns.

Beach at 4 minutes walking ; Food shops at 7 minutes walking. Commercial center at 10 minutes with a car.

The house will have works during September, October, November and December. But after it will be much bigger and nicer.
