Pleurtuit is situated on the Côte d'Emeraude in Brittany. Our house stands off the main road going from Pleurtuit to Dinard. It is located in a quiet hamlet of three houses that make up La Hamonie, in the countryside towards the river Rance. An ideal location for a restful break in Brittany.
The house is 1.2 miles from the town center of Pleurtuit and 1.2 miles from the supermarkets.
Dinard airport is 3.5 miles away on the opposite side of Pleurtuit.
Its ideal location makes it easy to visit Dinard and Saint Malo, but also le Cap Fréhel, Plancoët and Dinan.
You can also take the ferry from St Malo to visit the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernesey and Sark) or fly there (direct RyanAir flights).
Rennes, the capital of Brittany, is 43 miles down the highway.
The Mont Saint Michel, one of the most visited tourist attraction in France is only 34 miles away from Pleurtuit. On your way to le Mont Saint Michel you can also visit the lovely fisherman village of Cancale.

The house faces south, it has a garden of 550 sqm, a terrace and a private parking. It has satellite TV (British channels), DVD, CD and video players. Downstairs you will find a living/dining room with a decorative chimney, independent fully fitted kitchen including dishes and cutlery, cooking ustensils, full size electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, vaccum cleaner, iron, ironing board, books and games for children, baby cot and baby highchairs. There is also a shower room with bath/shower, handbasin and washing/drying machine. In the hall you will find a separate toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed each (140x190) and 1 with a single bed (90x200). There is also a toilet room with a handbasin. The garden is safe for young children. It is equipped with a Patio table, chairs, sun-loungers, barbecue, two swings and a slide. Car park just outside the house.

There are 2 casinos, one in Dinard and one in Saint Malo.
There is also in Dinard an olympic swimming-pool with heated sea water, a fitness area, a pool for children and a jacuzzi.
The Dinard Thalasso is well-known for its very good reputation.
If you like karting, there is a place in Dinard and one near Saint Malo.
You will find in La Richardais, near Dinard, a bowling which is open all year long.
If you like fishes, there is an aquarium in Saint Malo, just on the other side of the barrage, which is well known for its large variety of fish species, including sharks.
There are as well a couple of mini-golfs.
