Our studio was completely renovated in 2008. The size is 17 m2. 
It is ideally located between the tower Solidor and Intra Muros (5 minutes walk). Access to the port and the beach by courtyard.  
For a pleasant stay, it is equipped with a dishwasher, a stereo and an LCD TV. This accommodation has a 2 persons sleeping on sofa BZ (Simmons mattress) and a 1 person sleeping (child) in the mezzanine.  
Nearby laundromat, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants and all commodités.  
If you arrive by train, we can pick you up at the station. 
Hints and Tips : Markets in Saint Servan on Tuesdays and Fridays.  
Near Intra-Muros, the Cité d'Alet, the Thermes Marins ...  
Neighboring cities as Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, Dol de Bretagne, le Mont St Michel... are also to visit.  
We can advise you on restaurants, walks, leisure ...

    Our apartment can be booked from saturday to saturday. To book our apartment, we will ask you for down payment of 25% of the amount of the location. The transfer will have to be done by Western Union. The booking is effective when we receive the transfer. The rest of the payment has to be done at the arrival. We accept cash (euros) or french bank check. A 200€ guarantee is also asked at the arrival. It is restituted at the departure if the cleaning has been done, and if nothing has beeen broken or damaged. If there are damages, the amount can be higher than the guarantee (according to the fees that the owner will have to pay).
