The three bedrooms accommodate 5 people with travel cot on-site. The living area downstairs is open plan with kitchen area fully equipped and fitted with all modern appliances. The lounge area has English satellite TV, DVD player and a cosy log burning fire for the cooler months of the year. There is a downstairs WC adjoining the utility room and the upstairs bathroom is fitted with hydrom shower cabinet. The living room and all bedrooms are fitted with electric radiators. To the exterior there are landscaped gardens with renovated bread over, swimming pool with sun terrace, table and chairs. Secluded south facing barbecue area looking out over surrounding countryside. The swimming pool is for sole use of guests to the gite and the pool when open is cleaned daily.

Nearby Martigne Ferchaud with its lake 'Etang de la Forge' is a must for nature lovers and provides walks or chcle rides both short and long. Each summer the truly memorable night-time show by the lake - 'Les Etincelles Aquatiques' - attracts visitors frommany parts of France and abroad. Many other lakes with leisure activites are within easy reach. Further afield the southern beaches at La Baule and the northern resorts of Dinard and St Malo, also Mont St Michel are equidistant - 1.5 hours journey time. The Loire valley is accessible at Ancennis, journey time one hour.
