It is a rustic comfortable longere located in the south east of Brittany in a rural, tranquil region located
between Vitre and Chateaubriant. It is a beautiful house in a quaint village with 6 acres of land surrounding.

It is an ideal location to visit Brittany, Normandy, The Loire Valley by car or escape noisy cities and pollution.

Le Breil is 3 KM away from Martigne Ferchaud with it's church, Boulangerie, restaraunt and supermache.
2 hours 30 minutes from Paris by TGV fast train. It is a region full of chateaux and fortresses.

THE HOUSE:

Has an open plan kitchen, living area and dining space combined together with a fireplace.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, an extra electric oven on working bench, dish washer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and televsion.

THERE ARE THREE BEDROOMS, CAN ACCOMMODATE 5 TO 6 PEOPLE.

BEDROOM NO 1. HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE, A FIRE PLACE, A BIDET, A WASHBASIN. DOUBLE BED.

BEDROOM NO 2. IS SPACIOUS, HAS A DOUBLE BED, WASH BASIN, BIDET.

BEDROOM NO 3. IS SMALLER HAS A DOUBLE BED, IS LOCATED NEXT TO THE BATHROOM.

All bedrooms are located on the ground floor as there are no stairs.

There is 1 bathroom only.

The living area is 100 square meters.

THE OWNER LIVES IN SYDNEY AUSTRALIA, GOES BACK TO FRANCE TWICE A YEAR AND STAY AT THE GITE.
MR GUY BOULET IS THE MANAGER OF THE GITE.

THERE ARE MANY THINGS TO DO, MANY CITIES TO VISIT, MANY CHATEAUX AND FORTRESSES.
THERE ARE A LOT OF PARKS, WATER PARKS ZOOS, GARDEN GOLF, HORSE RIDING, CYCLING, WALKING IS VERY POPULAR.
VISITING HISTORIC PART OF FRANCE ALL WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE ON TRAFFIC FREE ROADS. THERE IS ALSO A MARKET WITH LOCAL PRODUCTS AND RESTAURANT IN THE CHARMING RURAL AREA.
