On the ground floor: Entrance hall from Oak front door. Living room with french windows providing access to the terrace, three piece suite and occasional chairs, British satellite TV, DVD player, CD/FM stereo and a small book library; with wood burning stove for off-season usage. Dining room and inner-hall with sideboard, benches and chairs. Fitted tiled kitchen with gas hob, oven/grill, microwave oven and refrigerator. On site access to washing machine in owners summer residence adjoining the cottage. Off-street parking within the grounds.  
 
On the first floor: Master bedroom containing double bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe with tiled en-suite shower/bath with vanitory unit and toilet. Two further bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobe and drawer units, one double and one twin. The stairs have a secure childrens safety gate. The second tiled bathroom has a bath with shower in bath plus toilet and washbasin.  
 
The secluded South facing garden, overlooking a small lake - part of the river Couesnon - and the surrounding countryside, is mainly laid to grass with some fruit trees, a terrace to the rear of the property equipped with garden furniture, children's swing, table tennis table and a barbecue.  
 
Location: The property stands in a tranquil lakeside quarter of an acre - part of the river Couesnon - one mile to the North of Antrain. An attractive Ville Fleurie (Town in Flower), some thirty miles from St Malo, twelve from Mont-St-Michel and sixteen from Fougeres, in a small quiet hamlet just off of the road leading from Antrain to Pontorson. An ideal location for a restful break in Brittany.
