The accommodation enjoys gas central heating and comprises on the ground floor; a glass veranda stretching the full width of the back of the house, with sliding patio doors to front and to rear furnished with two chairs and a table; a kitchen fitted with storage units and a stainless steel one and a half bowl sink. The cooking facilities include a full size electric oven with a four burner gas hob and a microwave oven. An upright fridge/freezer is supplied, together with a washing machine. A table and four chairs complete the kitchen furniture.
The bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, wash basin also houses the hot water cylinder with electric immersion heater. The sitting/dining room has an attractive open fireplace and is furnished with a leather three piece suite. A television is equipped with both video and DVD facilities.A large double dresser and an extendible round dining table with six dining chairs provide for more formal dining arrangements.
A stairway from the kitchen leads to the first floor via a mezzanine room. This attractive space is open plan to the staircase and is furnished with a double sofabed, a small desk and storage units. Facing south-west with a large window it makes a pleasant sitting area or can be used as a sleeping space for guests 5 and 6.
The first bedroom has a double bed, a marble dresser and an en-suite toilet with wash-hand basin.The second bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe and wash-hand basin. A suitable supply of duvets, blankets, quilts and pillows is provided.
Additional storage and hanging space is available in cupboards built in to the passageway from the mezzanine to the bedrooms.

Mohon is easily accessible from coastal ports and sits right in the heart of the Morbihan countryside in Brittany. It lies some eleven kilometres north of the mediaeval town of Josselin. Lying alongside the Nantes– Brest canal, this tourist centre boasts good restaurants, comprehensive supermarkets and a doll museum. Its magnificent chateau is one of the areas architectural treasures and not to be missed. Nearby Plöermel is the centre of Arthurian legend with the large Lac au Duc and its associated Golf course just 16 kilometres from Mohon. The huge Broceliande forest is associated with many Celtic legends and is well worth exploring. Coastal resorts to the north and the south lie some 45 minutes drive away. There are good road connections to Quimper with its gothic cathedral , the unique fortified port of Concarneau and Pont-Aven, the artists’ haven. The magnificent old town of Vannes is only threequarters of an hour away.

The fully shuttered house stands in its own grounds on the edge of the village of Mohon . The village enjoys a small number of local shops - bakery, mini supermarket, newsagent / tobacconist /café-bar and a hairdresser. It is an active community with a magnificent Church. A number of attractive walks can be undertaken in and around the village. The property has good parking for several cars and its own enclosed garden. Garden furniture and barbecue equipment are available for use. The modern kitchen is light and fitted with an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a good supply of crockery and cooking utensils. The bedrooms each have a doulble bed with duvets and there is a double sofa bed on the mezzanine. The accommodation is equipped for normal use except for the provision of bed linen, table linen and towels which should be supplied by the Hirer.
