GRANARY, Sleeps a maximum of 16 persons or less, it has 8 bedrooms [ 1 bedroom has a vanity unit and a balcony over looking part of the garden area and pool.Another bedroom has a vanity unit. The Granary has a total of 1 bathroom 4 shower-rooms [each shower-room comprises of toilet hand basin and shower] and 1 seperate toilet. 
The rest of the Granary comprises of 2 kitchen/diner/ lounge areas , well equipped with dishwasher/ microwave / washing machine/coffee maker/kettle/toaster.gas cooker with grill etc. In the lounge area english tv and dvd.Outside a patio area with large garden table / chairs BBQ/out door table tennis and swings in the playing area of the grounds, swimming pool and small splasher pool for toddlers, close by,[fenced and secured for the protection of children]parking for cars 
 
INDEPENDENT COTTAGE: Seperate from the Granary , engoying a lovely view from the sunlounge, overlooks patio area with table/chairs and a BBQ, lawn area, [table tennis/swings and a above ground pool [secured by ladder with key for safety of children] at the end of the lawn the cottage also has use of the other main pool at Kergonian plus the toddlers splasher pool. Cottage has parking for cars. 
COTTAGE comprises of 4 bedrooms, the 2 ground floor bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, a bathroom [bath toilet and hand basin is on the ground floor also,a futher 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1 shower room shower room has a toilet/hand-basin and shower] 
Ground floor kitchen area/diner, wll equipped with electric oven/grill, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave,coffee maker/toaster/kettle table and chairs, washing machine at the back of the cottage. TV room and sunlounge with a table/ 4 chairs and cane furniture etc
