This is a fischers'house from 1975, that we transform for holidays. Kitchen, dining room and living room are in the same large room with a bar and a wood poele. On the down floor, one bedroom with a large bed (160cm), and two showers, and toilets separed.On the first floor, two bedrooms, one with two beds (190cm, 90cm), the second with one bed (190cm,140cm) and a small bureau. You can use on the place three adults bicycles, a ping-pong table, materiels for foot fishing, and somes aquatic games. The beach is at 25m from the house, it is a small beach and made of thin white sable, very clean ( there are no factories around 40 km). You are in front of LE PHARE DE L'ILE VIERGE the hightest phare in stone buildings in Europe. The orientation of the house is Nord/ouest.
