The villa is situated 500m from a quiet beach of fine and white sand, 2 km from a natural and majestic coast called "la Côte Sauvage". Its large terace turned towards South and protected with a large shade,looks out on to a big and lovely park regulary maintained.The living room is very bright thanks to four French windows. There are two fire-places: one in the living-room, the other, an english one, in the library where it is sure to find quietness.
This summer 2008 is important in Brittany: "BREST 2008", a famous exhibition of worldwide sailing-ships and the departure of "Tour de France".
