Quiet, exclusive home with a panoramic view and a 1,500 square meter garden.

Large Breton house, quietly located 2 km outside the town center and 800 m from the beach (a 10 to 15 minutes walk). It has a panoramic view of the sea, south-west terrace and a large garden. A hedge borders the property. The house offers all comforts and is lavishly furnished. For example: a dining area with Breton style cupboard, large rustic farmer's table, living room with leather furniture and complete kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

The house has 3 double bedrooms (1 King, 2 double) and 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

In the living area you find satellite TV, stereo radio, CD player and a phone.

The house has a large garage, the room over the garage is nicely furnished and has a bed for the 8th person. Sometimes it is used by children as a playroom. For children we offer additional a table tennis room in the cellar and a boat in the garden to play around it. In the garden there is an annex with garden furniture and you may deposit your bikes, if you bring them with you.

The house comes completely with linens and some towels, so you step in and your holidays can start.

The house has very unique funiture like old breton armoires, a solid large dining table, on the other side a modern high end leather seating group in the living room. It's nicely decorated with lots of pictures and paintings.
It's in a short walk distance from the beach, but it has an over all quiet location.

Low Season Price : €300
High Season Price : €740 per Week

Prices are on a weekly basis for 2 persons, each additional person is + 50 € per week.
Final cleaning which includes linens and some towels is 150 €. Extra charges are phone and electricity.
Security deposit is 500€.

Toghether with the contract there is a 20% first payment, final payment 6-8 weeks prior to arrival.
