Wash-house and a very practical room (the ancient cowshed)to put garden furniture, your bikes or sailing boards ... under cover. 600m2' garden, with barbecue and quiet terrace.
The beach is at a few minutes' walk.
Very central location in Finistère, which enables to visit the principal sites within less than 30/50 mn drive.
