Main Description
The cottage at Naougad offers a great family holiday or on the other hand a tranquil place for two. It offers comfortable accommodation tastefully decorated incorporating all the charms of a traditional Breton farmhouse. Its situation is unique in that it is on a plot of 25 acres with its own river,fields and woods, but it is just 4kms away from the main town of Pleyben. Pleyben offers a good choice of bars, restaurants, shops and makes a good visiting spot for the very impressive church. It is also a great link for the main roads towards Quimper, Brest etc. There are many beautiful beaches and the impressive coastline of Brittany are just 30 mins away by car. Brest/Nantes canal is 10 mins away and provides excellent walking, cycling and fishing.

The cottage or Penty as it is sometimes called has been recently renovated in the last three years. It provides a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room with impressive Breton fireplace. Off from the lounge there is a single bedroom with double beds but an additional single bed can be provided if incase there are three children. On the downstairs there is also a utility room and shower. Upstairs is the main double bedroom - mezzanine style, this has a bathroom toilet ensuite.

Outside of the property there is a small garden with table and chairs, situated in a sunny spot it provides great opportunities to chill and enjoy the French wine. There is also a barbicue available.

There is also a large hanger which accommodates a large trampoline, pig-pong and footie table.

If you would prefer a night off from cooking whilst on holiday, we can provide a good 3 course meal with wine.

Noaugad is not far from Pleyben, just 4kms in the car. It is a great link to great places of interest whilst on holiday here in Brittany. Close to the Brest/Nantes canal, ideal for walking, cycling or fishing. Great too, for visting Brest, Quimper. Pleyben is in the heart of finistere, the National Park boasting all its unspoint delights.

Noaugad is situated on a small farm. We keep horses, some cows and sheep, poultry and pigs. It is in a quiet pictureesque spot, nestled between rolling fields and woods. There is plenty of space to explore in around the farm. Great for walking the many various walks through the Trinity paths. There is a large hanger too which provides great opportunity when the weather is poor to play on the trampline, ping-pong or footie table.

Low Season Price : £295
High Season Price : £360 per Week

On booking your holiday here at Naougad, I would send you a Location Contract either in the post or via email.This would need to be filled out by yourselves.
On this form it gives information of payment.
We require 75% deposit paid within 14 days of receiving the contract. The other remaining monies to be paid one month before your arrival date.
A cheque of £200.00 would be necessary as a caution for any possible damage whilst staying in the cottage. Returned on your departure.
We accept cheques.
A cancellation would mean that you would loose your deposit.
