Main barn 350 sq meters is now undercover play area. Smaller barn is equipped with comunal satellite TV. The pigsty has been converted into a residents bar, very rustic, not licensed bring your own!!!

Le Villeneuve is a large farmstead renovated to include a central farmhouse and three cottages named after the Impressionists - Gaugin, Monet and Van Gogh- a remarkable recreation centre with pool-table, table-tennis, boules, darts, golf practise net etc. The milking shed has been converted into a more elegant meeting/conference/seminar room also used as a TV room. We also offer a swimming pool , which is above ground to offer maximum security, the pool is 5.5 metres in diameter and 1.2 metres deep.

We offer relaxing breaks, or longer holidays for couples, families or larger groups
All meals are available on request.

Rates

Low Season Price : €275
High Season Price : €550 per Week


.1) To confirm your reservation please complete the booking form and return it along with
your deposit. (20% of the total tariff). Telephone bookings are accepted and we will hold the
reservation for a period of 10 days. The remainder of the rent is payable on arrival. Rent is payable in Euros,
however should you prefer to pay the deposit in pounds sterling please send a cheque, using the days exchange rat2)Should you cancel the reservation ,( for whatever reason), less than six weeks prior to the due date of
arrival we will retain the deposit paid. Should you cancel less than two weeks prior to arrival you will
be liable for the full payment. However we will make every effort to re-let the cottage and refund the
payment if a replacement booking is found.

3)Any expenses incurred for meals etc. should be settled on departure.
