Built in 1889, our property used to be a fisherman's house. It is a romantic little cottage arranged with authentic furniture and consists of a main building (living room, kitchen, bedrooms), and a smaller building (water closets, bathroom, washhouse)in vis-à-vis as well as a big, flowered bucolic garden (about 1200 m²). 
 
Various amusements may be pursued: there are beautiful beaches within a radius of about 2,5 Km as well as a newly-built swimming bath and supermarkets in a distance of about 1 Km. 
 
About 2,5 Km away lies the center of the picturesque seaside resort Audierne and its harbour, various shops, bars, crêperies and restaurants - where you may discover the diverse and tasty culinary specialities of Brittany.  
You have the opportunity to do different sporting activities (nautical, equestrian, ...), to discover the splendid pedestrian walkways running alongside the coast, to go on a daytrip to the proximate islands, to visit the market in Audierne which takes place twice a week... or simply to relax.
