In this case , I give the BIC( Bank Identifier account ), and IBAN(International Bank account number ), of my Postal current account, in order to permit an international payment . When the prepayment has been received by the owner ,a contract is sent to the tenant . The rest of the rent , plus the security deposit will be paid the day of arrival . A security déposit of 250 euros is required the day of arrival, and given back the day of departure, except if damages are noticed . All charges are included in the prices .
