Our spacious two bedroom apartment sits in the picturesque fishing village of Audierne. It is a complete and private top floor apartment of a detached residence with its own entrance and parking which boasts stunning sea views. Only a 2 minute walk down the footpath to the beach and 5 minutes from the heart of Audierne.

The property is of new construction, built in 2008, and completed to a very high standard. It is beautifully furnished to create a comfortable and relaxing interior. With the quiet surroundings and beautiful sea views our property provides a relaxing holiday destination.

Full height opening windows in both the living room and the double bedroom show the stunning sea views to their fullest potential.

Light, airy and comfortable and decorated to a very high standard, the apartments double and twin bedrooms sleep four people. Fresh clean bed linen is provided as are clean towels in the beautifully fitted shower room.

Bedroom 1 - A spacious double bed and bedroom funiture, full height opening window overlooking the sea and surrounding village.

Bedroom 2 - A spacious twin bedded room and bedroom furniture with velux window overlooking the village.

Shower room - Walk in shower, sink with vanity unit and WC. Very light room with large velux window and large mirror.

The good sized and well equipped kitchen is open plan to both the dining area, with dining table and four chairs and the living room with comfortable chairs, sofa, attractive funishings and satelite television/dvd. The living room also boasts a full height opening window overlooking the sea views.

There is use of a laundry/drying room for your covenience.

The old fishing village of Audierne is an undiscovered gem. With its beautiful sandy coves, Audierne enjoys a favourable climate ideal for all types of activities including golf, walking, cycling, eating out and of course taking advantage of the water sports and sailing facilities.

Secluded yet easily accessible the busy fishing port and fish market sits comfortably opposite the flourishing marina with its international yacht moorings. Take the time to buy your fish and seafood straight from the boats. Nothing comes fresher! The quay with its restaurants and bars to cater for every taste is the social heart of Audierne. Sample the delights of the vibrant food market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Explore the beautiful countryside and coastline walks by foot or bicycle or on horseback . For the serious shopper, the medieval city of Quimper some 20km down the coast offers an excellent range of shops and restaurants.
