Vacation Rental Description
Our three room apartment is beautifully and very quietly situated in rural surroundings with forests and fields, close to te sea. Our apartement STERNE is located on the first floor of our Chaumière and has its own entrance. It has two very comfortable, big and cosy bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two single beds and a sofa bed for may be a fifth person. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linnen is provided and the beds are made up at your arrival. Children’s bed and high chair are available. This apartment has a completely fitted kitchen with among others a microwave/oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine etc. In the living area you will find a comfortable couch, chairs, colour LCD-TV and a DVD player. There are two small balconies with a wonderful view. 
In our Chaumière you'll find 3 luxury studios on the ground floor.Furthermore there is a big garden with a climb-bar, swing, ping-pong table and jeu de boules field, as well as a recreation room with a small library and games for children and adults. 
Next to our chaumière there is a small "Aire Naturelle" camp-site with 25 large pitches and modern and comfortable sanitary.

    • Close to Keraluic you will find the Pointe de la Torche, a real paradise for surfers. The waves can reach there an altitude of three meter. Particular of the Torche is that there a current known as "l'ascenseur" (the lift). Using this current, surfers can move themselves over the breadth of the waves, without much of effort. Beside wave-surfing you can practise other water sports as well, such as windsurfing, kite-surfing, canoe-ing and Jet Ski. For those who have still to learn all about the surf sport, there is, special for young people, a surf school at the Pointe de la Torch. In the near surroundings we offer a large scale of fishing fun. On a 3 km distance there is a large reservoir where people mainly fish for trout, pike, carp and perch. Nearby the beach you will find "Etang de Saint Vio". Another beautifull lake 10 ha filled with carp, pike, roach, etc. Experts are available to advise you on the best spots or fishing techniques.

    The rental is not effective without our consent after the receipt of the deposit (equal to 25% of the price).At the latest 30 days before arrival the remaining amount must be paid. For reservations which take place within 30 days before the arrival the whole hiring amount must be paid at reservation. At late arrival or early departure no reduction on the rent is given. A deposit of 200 Euro is asked at arrival of every tenant. These are returned (after checking your studio) to you within 8 days after your departure.
