La Fermette is situated within our grounds that contain our main house plus 2 gites and a small camp site. We are 3.5 miles from St. Nicolas du Pelem that has all amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, fuel stations, outdoor heated pool with slides, post office, doctors, bakery etc.
The accommodation is fully equiped and modernised to ahigh standard. Has UK sat TV, log burner, lovely kitchen area with everything you could possibly need. Outside parking area. South facing patio with BBQ.
The North Pink Granite Coast is within 1 hours drive. Lac Guerledan is 15 minutes away and is a large lake with sandy beaches and water sports, bars and restaurants, a very poulat summer spot.
Sea ports of Roscoff and St. Malo are within 1.5 hours drive.

Low Season Price : €480
High Season Price : €660 per Week
Payment to be made as follows:
50% deposit up front in sterling equivelant to UK bank account.
50% balance to be paid in Euros upon arrival.
No added cleaning fee.
No breakages charged up front.
