"La petite Marnais" is a small cottage with an excellent situation . It is in the country ,it used to be a farm but it isn't any more. The house is quite small but there 's a sheltered yard . It consists of 4 rooms ,a large living-room where you can cook ,eat ,watch TV,relax ,make a fire .a bedroom with a large bed and two small beds ,a wardrobe ,a bathroom with a shower and a washing-machine ,toilets . Outside in the yard there's a barbecue ,a table and chairs ,a deck chair ,flowers . In this hamlet are only 5 families living and the fields are nearby . This "gite" is at 5 kms from the town of Pléneuf Val-André . This town is a pleasant sea-side resort on the north coast of Brittany . It's famous for its beaches ,its golf club ,its casino ,its walkway and the sea walks . lovely sceneries all around .This gite is an excellent starting point to visit the north part of Brittany . The beaches are numerous . You can visit the coast and Cap Frehel , St Malo and Dinard on the east ,Dinan and Lamballe inland , Perros guirrec on the west . You can even go for the day to "le mont St Michel " .

Very well situated little cottage composed of a living-room with kitchen corner TV sofa,a bedroom for a couple and 2 children ,a bathroom with a shower and washing-machine,toilets. A nice private yard ( enclosed )with a barbecue ,table and chairs , a deckchair .Situated in a quiet hamlet 5 minutes from Pleneuf-val-Andre famous for its beaches, golf club ,casino ,sailing-school,walkway . In the town itself you 'll find all that you need supermarkets ,shops,market,restaurants.. Not far from Erquy and its lovely fishing harbour and beaches ( 10Kms), Cap Frehel and its cliffs(20Kms), Dinard( airport ) St Malo and the old town ,the ferry (40Km) Mont Saint Michel (90Kms).You can enjoy the peace of the house after your trips or your baths .

Rates

Low Season Price : €350
High Season Price : €500 per Week
The charges depend on the time of the year . Low season you must send me a deposit of 100 Euros per week .The price is 350 for the week ,so you pay 250 Eur oswhen you enter the gite . You must also give 100 euros of guarantee . I 've always given it back immediately leaving .
High season deposit 150 per week and price 500 ( so 350 Euros when you enter ) The same for the Garantee
Two possibilities for payment . Bank to bank or cash . Usually foreign people send from their bank account to mine the deposit of 100 Eros or 150 Euros and pay me cash for the rest . But I can adapt .
