3 Bedroom Cottage in Brittany

Our home is a Breton house : It can accomodate 6 persons in three bed rooms  
 
on the GROUND-FLOOR: a large large lounge dinner ,for six 
a fitted kitchen , in the kitchen a table can sit 3 persons for a quick breakfast ; 
one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and separate WC, a large entrance with room enough to hang all the coats ,  
and a garage opening on the kitchen. 
 
 
UPSTAIRS : 2 large bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobe in each; 
a shower -room with WC  
 
 
the floor is tiled in the main rooms; it is carpeted in the 3 bedrooms 
 
electric heating in all the rooms 
in the kitchen electric oven ,  
mixed cooker 
Microwave ,electric coffee pot and bread toaster

The property stands in a quiet place very near the open air swimming-pool 
 
behind the house a private parking for several cars 
The entrance to the house is south and gives on a flowery garden  
table and chairs and BBQ for summer meals  
shade for a rest in another lawn  
from the house you can keep an eye on the different competitions in a large lawn of about 1000 square meters ; 
 
A five minute's walk takes you to town rto the "château de Troncjoly nature park , to the crêperie to the supermarket or the local open-air swimming-pool. 
You will appreciate to walk around.

the house contains almost everything to fit 6 persons except linen electricity on the meter(read on arrival and departure),paid at departure We can provide a cot and a high chair for a baby :just ask before arrival so it is clean and ready :this is a free service .the house is supposed to be cleaned at departure ; it can be done for you on paying a fee

there is plenty to do all around ,whatever the weather
