Is situated in the middle of a terrace of three and is the ideal gite for families or couples who are looking for that typical self catering French holiday with the classic Breton feel. Sleeps 5. 
 
Les Brousses, Yvignac-la-tour, Brittany 
 
Les Brousses is a quiet, rural hamlet in beautiful and varied Cotes d'Armor, Brittany, France, and is located approximately 15km from medieval Dinan, 40 minutes drive from the walled city of St Malo and the beautiful sandy beaches of Sables d'Or, St Jacut, Dinard and St Cast. While the excellent beach at Lancieux is noted for its modern wind surfing and water sports which contrast with the local traditions like seaweed and mussel collection. 
 
Les Brousses is perfectly positioned for that self catering holiday with each Brittany holiday cottage offering that quiet vacation that you will always remember and want to return to again and again. 
 
On the first floor the sleeping accommodation comprises of two bedrooms; a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a triple room with a double bed and one single, all of which are full size beds. Each of the rooms is decorated to a high standard with fitted carpets, wardrobes and bedside units enhanced with reading lamps. 
 
The bathroom also located on the first floor has a full size bath and shower tap attachment, hand-basin and toilet. 
 
On the ground floor the fully fitted kitchen comes completely fitted out with all modern amenities, with its fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric cooker with full oven and hob, all your self catering holiday requirements should be accounted for. 
 
The dining suite is in the kitchen/diner area and is large enough to cater for all your party as you enjoy your meal times sampling the delights of the fresh Breton produce and drink during your stay. 
 
The lounge is furnished with a three-piece suite and television with free satellite channels and is tastefully decorated to a high standard to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. 
 
Outside of the self catering property, there is ample off street parking and a large grassy area. To add to your enjoyment we are delighted to provide a barbecue and traditional wooden picnic table, which can be most relaxing on a hot day when you can shelter from the heat of the sun under the shade of the mature oak trees in the grounds. 
 
Children are most welcome at our property and there is plenty of space for them to play outside on our large grassy area. 
 
Pets are also welcome but most be kept under strict control as not to disturb the other guests.

    Payable 8 weeks before rental period commences. 25% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed, it is non-refundable. You are advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a cancellation clause. Lettings are from Any Day (2.00pm) to Departure Day (10.00am) Euros payment can be made by credit card or Pal Pal. Cheques should be made payable to J.P.Cornelious. Prices are as set out in the brochure. Fuel is included for High and Mid Seasons, otherwise charged by meter reading. Where additional charges arise, these should be paid before departure directly to J P Cornelious
