Vacation Rental Description
Pink granite house with character, perfectly situated on Erquy’s Cap in a cove that is sheltered from the wind. It faces full south and looks at the ocean.
On the hill, in the old fishing village, also called “the little Algiers” for it’s climate, the house is in walking distance (10 min) to the Cap and Erquy’s most beautiful sandy beaches.
Bright, spacious and functional, the house is delightful to be in with it’s breathtaking view of the ocean from every room.
Facing full south, a 15m² level terrace (currently under renovation) like a boat deck on the sea, allows you to enjoy the view of the changing tide and the colours of the opposite bay (le Val André).
Also under renovation is a wing of the house that will include a recreation room (TV, reading), a second bathroom and a large bedroom on the next floor.
Completion date is mid-June 2009 with a polished decor.
