The house is located in a very appreciated seaside resort, on the Côte de Granite rose with its massive stones and odd seaside landscapes. Many cultural and sport activities are provided during all summer and varied restaurants are everywhere. Trébeurden has great sandy beaches with sailing and scuba diving schools, a sheltered marina, cycle tracks and footpaths along the sea and in the woods, a night club, bars and restaurants (traditional French food, creperies, seafood platters...), supermarkets, the island of Millau to visit. The area landscape shows you a lot of wild life and many sorts of birds. Besides you’ll find a lot of remarkable historical buildings and sights, chapels, castles and churches. Several cities worth being visited are only some car minutes away, Tregastel, Perros Guirec, l'île-grande (island).

Its diverse sandy beaches attract families as well as sailing or diving enthusiasts as well as golf players. The chaos of pink granite fills you with wonder at their impressible balanced, strange shapes worn by the sea and the wind over countless millennia. The protected natural sites offer unforgettable walks along the jagged coastline and through reforested valleys. 
     
    Golf St. Samson; this delightful golf course extends over 140 acres of moors and pine forests. It is a relatively manageable course that nevertheless requires a variety of shots. Facing these with Perros guirec nearby, it overlooks the outstanding Pink Granite Coast and the golf ball silhouette of the telecommunication Radome. 18 holes, par 71, 6351 yds.
