Nearby is the ancient island Abbey 'Mont St.Michel' which is also only a short drive away and the 'Ryanair' airports of Dinard and Brest.

Dinard Plertuit St, Malo airport lies on the outskirts of Dinard, a sunny resort town on the coast of Brittany in Northwest France. Good airport for French coast and beach holidays.

Dinard Pleurtuit St. Malo airport, just 3 miles from Dinard on the north coast of Brittany in France, is a short 1.20 hour flight hop across the Channel from London Stanstead by Ryanair, you can also get flights from London Gatwick with Aurigny Airlines via Guernsey.

Weekend flights depart on Thursday, Friday or Saturday and return on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.

Taxi: Available outside terminal building, fare to Dinard about EUR 10.

Bus: An express coach runs to and from St. Malo central railway station Monday to Saturday, timed with Ryanair

Train: The nearest station is in St. Malo, trains run to Rennes in 1 hour, from Rennes trains run to Paris. A tour of the historical city is possible on the famous ' Petit Train'.

From St. Malo: Take the N176/E401 >> onto >>N12/E50 >> take D10 at /YFFINAC >> follow sign to Quimper
Then take the D700 >> onto >> D790 >> follow sign to Corlay >> then follow sign to St. Nicolas Du Pelem.
If you find yourself in Rostereen you've gone passed us, make a u turn heading back to St.Nicolas, when you get there you will see a "Super U", wait in the car park give the owner a call for further instructions to help you get to them.

From St. Malo to St. Nicolas is about 112 KM which is about 80 miles.

From Roscoff to St. Nicolas is about 127 KM which is about 70 miles.

Cancellation by you:

If you have to cancel your reservation prior to the the full payment at short notice there will be no refund.

Cancellation by us:

If for some unforeseen reason we have to cancel your reservation then all monies paid will be refunded in full.

Your Responsibilities:

Letting periods commence anytime on the date of arrival an finish at 10am on the day of departure, and you are reqested to leave the property in the same condition and state of cleanliness as found, damages should be notified to owners and paid for prior to departure.

Our Responsibilities:

Everything possible will be done to maintain the high standard of the Gite and rest of property, the English owners live discreetly in part of the house to ensure that the property is looked after.
We are also on hand should you need assistance with for example doctors, garages etc. Should an unforeseen circumstance arise, for which the owners have little or no control over, everything feasible to correct the situation will be done.

In the unlikely event that such a situation should arise the owners will not accept any form of responsibility, and therefore no claims can be brought to owners.

Conditions: Prices listed are per property per week. Refundable breakages deposit of 50 Euro's required, further amounts will be charged if damage should exceed the breakage deposit amount of 50 Euro's, deposit of 50 Euro's for bookings is also required, deposit's arrangments with owner before due dates, or full payment in a bankers draft, personal cheques payable to owner with 10 days handling time for clearance & 10 days notice for cancellation. No refunds for booking deposit, if cancellation is last minute.
