If you find yourself in Rostereen you've gone passed us, make a u turn heading back to St.Nicolas, when you get there you will see a "Super U", wait in the car park give the owner a call for further instructions to help you get to them.
From St. Malo to St. Nicolas is about 112 KM which is about 80 miles.
From Roscoff to St. Nicolas is about 127 KM which is about 70 miles.

Cancellation by you:
If you have to cancel your reservation prior to the the full payment at short notice there will be no refund.
Cancellation by us:
If for some unforeseen reason we have to cancel your reservation then all monies paid will be refunded in full.
Your Responsibilities:
Letting periods commence anytime on the date of arrival an finish at 10am on the day of departure, and you are reqested to leave the property in the same condition and state of cleanliness as found, damages should be notified to owners and paid for prior to departure.
Our Responsibilities:
Everything possible will be done to maintain the high standard of the Gite and rest of property, the English owners live discreetly in part of the house to ensure that the property is looked after.
We are also on hand should you need assistance with for example doctors, garages etc. Should an unforeseen circumstance arise, for which the owners have little or no control over, everything feasible to correct the situation will be done.
In the unlikely event that such a situation should arise the owners will not accept any form of responsibility, and therefore no claims can be brought to owners.
