Typical Big family house , furniture of charm. 
 
Huge enclosed garden with fruit trees, yard to park 3 cars, terrace.5bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 3 WC, three stored house.  
 
Grounfd floor: separated kitchen,doubleliving room, WC. First floor: 1 double room, 1 bedroom with 1,20 bed (small double bed=big single bed), WC, Bathroom with 2 washbasins, 1 shower, 1 separated bath. Second floor: 2 double rooms, 1 twin, 1 bathroom with shower washbasin WC. Bed &chair&bath for baby( 1 in tissu , the other one in wood). 
 
 
the house is easy to find. 7kms from an exit on Saint Malo -Rennes highway (20kms south from Saint malo ferries) 
A map with explanations will be send with the contrat. 
 
Ideally located in a typical village, 150 meters from a sandy beach (swimming, good fishing) on the Rance estuary, just 20 kms south of Saint malo, Dinard, sandy sea beaches. 
Enjoy a variety af nautic sports (sailing , fishing, swimming, diving...) and a lot of cultural cities: Saint malo, Dinard, Dinan, Le Mont Saint Michel. 
Just take a good time siting on the sunny terrace in front of the house, surrounded by a nice garden enclosed for children (10 garden chairs, table, 2 parasols, 3 adult deckchairs, 2 deckchairs for children, BBQ), toys and videos (in french!) and small chalet in the garden for children . 
Have a great time on the beach just down the street (no need to take the car ) and visit the seal living there. 
Bring children to the hudge new aquarium of Saint Malo. 
Pick up fruits in the garden: apples, pears, plums, raspberries, sherries, and pick up parsley,sage, sorrel, mint , rhubarb.  
Go to the farm to have fresh vegetables, and buy pancakes at the pancakes factory in the village. 
Go to the pretty restaurant, in front of the beach and enjoy a nice dinner, on the terrace (150 m from the house). 
Stroll along the river bank path, watching seabirds. 
Cross the quicksands of mont Saint Michel bay with an official guide of course! 
Vist the cider museum in the village and taste ciders there.
