Situated near beach (1,1 km), our marvelous vacation house is an excellent getaway for you to spend a few days away from the monotony of routine life. This four bedroom retreat can comfortably lodge up to seven guests but we accept until 9 persons. To take care of your culinary demands, there is a fully equipped kitchen as well. You have a little away from Pléneuf Val André's center (approximately 500m first businesses and commercial center).  
 
For your entertainment, the living room has a TV and DVD player. Wireless Internet access is also available to catch up with emails, keep tabs on office, work or surf the web. The terrace is perfect for lazing and lounging around. 
 
For those who are passionate about golf, there is a magnificent golf course (one of the best in Europe) with in a short distance (1.2 km). Several casinos are also near by. The first one have been extended recently and it's only average 1 km of the house! You also have a new center o Balneotherapy and care by seaweeds which just have open their doors this years so you could have interested price. You also have a bridge club, a sports complex just at 500 meters, an international tournament of volley ball during july, a jazz night every tuesday, some of the best spot for the fishing (Submarine, in the line and on foot), the kite surf and Sand yacht.
