Ideally located in 40 metres of the beach of Trestrignel, this flat of 100 m2, entirely renovated in 2007, give you, from its 4 big picture windows, a special view on the sea, on the “pointe du Château” and, behind plan, on the Thomé island. The marina of perros-Guirec is located just behind the Thomé Island. The town center is at 1500 meters, easily reached walking along the coast with a marvellous sight on the 7 islands.
The 7 islands are famous for the sea birds : the island « Bonnot » is protected as wildlife sanctuary for Macareux, goélands argentés. (visits are organised every day by boat).
It is possible to walk along the coast for kilometers (sentier des douaniers or sentier de grande randonnée GR34).
The beach of fine sand, just in front of the flat, is a small familial quiet beach, every day cleaned, where dogs are not available to go.
From the beach, you can sea the famous pink rocks : la côte de granit rose” in Ploumanac’h.

Having located in a residence built in 1978 and extremely maintained well, the flat was absolutely renovated, décorated and re-equipped in 2007. You will find all desired comfort for a big family or with friends : complete kitchen (dish-washer, robot - marie cuiseur, mixer, steam), an independent bathroom with a washing machine, an other bathroom in one of the bedroom, all the beds have mattresses with big comfort.
