Set within large mature gardens and grounds, The Well is a detached, stone farmhouse renovated in a sympathetic style with comfortable, modern and period furnishings.  
 
The main farmhouse comprises a spacious hallway with ground-floor toilet, large and well equipped kitchen/dining room with modern kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine and large range double oven. The spacious living room has comfortable furnishings, wood-burner and patio doors to the rear garden.  
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, a master bedroom which has double bed, single bed and cot. There is a large bathroom, and a seperate shower room. 
The second floor is a large open room with 5 single beds. 
 
The house enclosed at the front with a well established garden with parking. To the rear of the property there is a large enclosed garden with stone BBQ, patio furniture and seating areas, children's swings, lawn and fruit trees, with a large paddock beyond, skirted by woodland. 
 
There is also a seperate attached smaller house which sleeps 2/4 with double bedroom, shower/wc, lounge/kitchen with woodburning stove, double bed settee. This can be booked with the main house or as a seperate holiday booking.

The Well is ideal for groups made up of different ages and interests. The lounge is a perfect place to relax together which unusually for French properties has comfortable seats to relax in after a busy day 'holidaying'. The large kitchen is a wonderful place to eat as a group and to linger with a good wine, as the meal becomes an evening long event. The stone BBQ is big enough for any group, and the gardens will allow youngsters to play and adults to relax without disturbing each other. The smaller house is perfect for two to relax, with access to the garden and spacious bedroom, well appointed shower room and a kitchen lounge with comfortable seating and dinning area.

Most of the surrounding villages, and all the towns, hold special festivals during the year, celebrating Breton culture, in music, food and local drinks.  
Close by is the ancient, unspoilt Hunaudaye Forest,(with its evocative Château), ideal for walking or cycling on quite country roads, or for the more adventurous on the many paths and tracks in the Forrest. Extensive coastal paths offer breathtaking views over the dozens of sandy unspoilt coves in this stunningly beautiful area.  
Fishing and water sports are available on the extensive lake network or the miles of coastline within a short drive.  
The many safe sandy beaches in the area offer a more relaxed holiday option, or visiting one of the small local working fishing ports to eat in one of the local sea food restaurants or famed throughout France.  
The Well is a perfect base for holidays for all ages and interests.
