Jugon-les-Lacs is located four hours by car west of Paris or by high speed (TGV) train to Rennes station (2 hours and then a 45 minute drive), Lamballe station (15 minute drive) or Saint Brieuc station (30 minute drive). Jugon-les-Lacs is a 45 minute drive from Dinard-Pleurtuit airport receiving daily Ryanair flights from London (Stansted) airport.

Local activites: In Jugon: sailing, kayak, canoeing, fishing, mountain biking, tennis, swimming pool, lovely walks.

Within a 30-minute drive: 5 golf courses (closest is 9 holes, 15 minutes away), horseback riding (15 minutes away), 3 movie theaters, gorgeous English Channel beaches.

5-minute walk to local food stores, open air market every friday morning, larger supermarkets are a 15-minute drive away

Brittany and Normandy abound with sites: 1-hour drive to the Mont Saint Michel, 45 minutes from Saint Malo and Dinard, 20 minutes from the medieval town of Dinan, 3 hours to Bayeux and Normandy D-Day beaches. Countless castles and prehistoric sites to be discovered and enjoyed.

Accessed via a private driveway with private garden, Tybihan comprises a ground floor covering 50 m² including a bed room with double bed, a living room with dining corner, large granite fireplace with built-in wood stove, kitchen with clothes washer, dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave oven, and full bathroom with bath and wc. 1st floor of close to 35 M² featuring two bedrooms with twin beds sleeping a total of 4 and a reading alcove with lake view. Individual radiators in each room. Two terraces for alfresco dining both with 180 ° view of the lake. Garden furniture and barbeque. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Cancellations received prior to two months before arrival will be 100 % refunded.
Cancellations received prior to one month before arrival will be 50 % refunded.
Cancellations made within one month before arrival will not be refunded.

Reservation policy:
Payment: 50 % deposit to be received at time of reservation.
Remaining 50 % to be received no later than 2 months prior to arrival. Refundable security deposit of 250 € to be included with second payment.
Payment by direct bank transfer or personal cheque. For reservation to be valid, all cheques must clear.
