Jugon-les-Lacs is located four hours by car west of Paris or by high speed (TGV) train to Rennes station (2 hours and then a 45-minute drive), Lamballe station (15-minute drive) or Saint Brieuc station (30-minute drive). Jugon-les-Lacs is a 45-minute drive from Dinard-Pleurtuit airport receiving daily Ryanair flights from London (Stansted) airport. 
 
Brittany and Normandy abound with sites: 1-hour drive to the Mont Saint Michel, 45 minutes from Saint Malo and Dinard, 20 minutes from the medieval town of Dinan, 3 hours to Bayeux and Normandy D-Day beaches. Countless castles and prehistoric sites to be discovered and enjoyed. 
 
Accessed via a private driveway with private garden, Tybihan offers on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with dining corner and a large granite fireplace with built-in wood stove,kitchen with clothes washer, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven and full bathroom with bath and WC. Approximate surface: 50 sq. metres. 
 
1st floor features two bedrooms with twin beds sleeping a total of 4 and a reading alcove with lake view. Individual electric radiators (installed in 2009) in each room. Approximate surface: 40 sq. metres. 
 
Outside there are 2 terraces for alfresco dining, both with 180° view of the lake. Garden furniture and barbecue.

    • Electric radiators installed in 2009, wood stove in fireplace. Linens provided for a fee (40€), bring your own for free. One double bed 140cm x 190cm, 4 single beds 90cm x 190cm. Fold out baby travel bed and high chair available.

    5-minute walk to local food shops, post office, open air market every Friday morning. Larger supermarkets are a 15-minute drive away.

Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before arrival will not be refunded. Reservation policy: Payment: 50 % deposit to be received at time of reservation. Remaining 50 % to be received on arrival. Refundable security deposit of 200 € to be included with second payment, will be returned in cash less damage expenses. Payment by direct bank transfer or personal cheque in Euros. For reservation to be valid, all cheques must clear.

    We spent all our holidays here as children and the house still has a family house feel to it. Friends who spent time here with us when we were younger, now come back with their children! Some rentors have returned many years in a row, carefully selecting their next set of friends 'to let in on the secret'. The house is ideally located on the lake with a lovely view and gorgeous sunsets. We can give you advice for your outings and there is also a tourist office in the village.
