Ideally located (central location)to visit this beautiful part of Brittany,the west-northern coast of the côtes d'armor: discover the rocky shores, sandy beaches, the ever-changing scenery depending on the tide, the famous “pink granite coast”, the birds’sanctuaries, the pleasant rivers, old little fishing harbours, ancient churches, impressive typical stone villages and cities. You will also enjoy the still vivid culture of Brittany in that area. Most of the famous touristic spots are within 25 km from the house.

Beaches are 10 mn away, the nearest one about 8 km, on the river Trieux. the estuaries and the coast provide a large choice of beaches, you will select them according to the tide, your own criterai (large or small, sandy or rocky, flat or not?)

The river is 300 meters away, for fishing, walking, canoeing (club nearby)
The shops are 3km away, in nice touristic village, with its old timbered homes, granite buildings, mill (harbour, crafts, boat tours, steam train, festivities)

From our place: Nice views of the surrounding countryside, very quiet, near famous « château » and its park. the garden is pleasant, with a large lawn, flowers, trees ...and a place to park your car.
The neignbours are too far to be a bother, and you will like the quietness of the place, very few cars go past the house, you are surrounded by fields mainly

The house is about 110m². It's a typical stone house , later extended,rand ecently restaured. a 900m² garden overlooks the valley of the Trieux, with views on the natural park on the other side of the valley

all the necessary comfort is provided plus extras! such as a latest generation sauna, a nice jacuzzi-like hot tub, a fireplace ....

You will like the spacious rooms, the tasteful decoration (we hope so anyway!). We use thishouse as a secondary home too, so we want it to be nice, functional, and safe .For this house it was "love at first sight", and we hope you will love it too!
